Meal
Planner

Fitness Town Meal Planner is a tool that helps you to plan out weight loss goals and schedule meals.
The program reviews weight control, hearty heart,  vitamins and minerals and focuses on helping you to lose at least three pounds per week by eating four to six meals a day. This program is $10 per month and available as a free trial when you first start.

Achieve Your Swimsuit Season Goals

Tanita Body
Composition Analyzer

The Tanita Body Composition Analyzer provides extensive body composition readings, which inform you of the progress and effectiveness of your health regiment.
This program measures your Basal Metabolic Rate (the amount of calories you burn at rest), body fat percentage, and the amount of water in your body. The system also analyzes fat-free mass including muscle, bone, and tissue. Finally, it reflects the body's inherent resistance to an electrical current.
Muscle is a conductor of an electrical current and adipose tissue is a resistor, so this resistance indicates your body's proportion of fat to muscle.

Water
Weight

The total amount of water retained in your body is about 50% to 70% of your total weight. Generally, men have a higher water weight than women due to a greater amount of muscle.
When you begin a weight loss regiment, water weight is the first thing you will lose.
